Committee backs changes to incompatibility of office for top judges

Ljubljana, 13 March - The Justice Committee endorsed on Thursday changes to the Constitutional Court Act that aim to better regulate incompatibility of office for Constitutional Court judges. The session of the parliamentary body on the bill tabled by National Assembly President Urška Klakočar Zupančič was boycotted by the opposition Democratic Party (SDS).
