Delo thinks infrastructure projects should count as defence spending

Ljubljana, 12 March - In the face of calls for raising defence spending, the newspaper Delo notes in Wednesday's front-page commentary that due to its geostrategic location Slovenia could push for investments in infrastructure to count as defence spending.
